Background of the Study
Training and development are fundamental aspects of human resource management that contribute to organizational success by enhancing employees' skills, knowledge, and overall performance (Olumide & Oluwaseun, 2023). For organizations like Jumia Nigeria, which operates in the highly competitive e-commerce industry, employee retention is a critical factor in maintaining consistency, reducing turnover costs, and ensuring long-term business success.
